IMPORTANT INFO
We will ONLY accept sponsorships from projects, products, or businesses associated with tabletop roleplay games or board games. Kickstarters, shops, podcasts, streams, etc. within those fields are all welcome.
A bulk discount is available if you sponsor three or four episodes in a row. You may not sponsor more than four episodes in a row.
We offer a 50% discount, no questions asked, to anyone identifying as a marginalized creator. (For our purposes, “marginalized creator” refers to anyone who faces discrimination and/or marginalization by society at large for their race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, socio-economic class, disability, etc.)
COSTS
One Episode – $200 (standard) / $100 (marginalized creator)
Two Episodes – $400 (standard) / $200 (marginalized creator)
Three Episodes – $550 (standard) / $275 (marginalized creator)
Four Episodes – $700 (standard) / $350 (marginalized creator)
Your sponsorship promo will be written by Rhi, based on the information provided in the form, and will be read during the introduction of the episode(s) you sponsor. Your site will be linked in the show notes, and we will share information about your project or business on our Twitter account during the week(s) of sponsorship.
After receiving your form, we will reach out to notify you if your sponsorship has been accepted and get any additional information we need. Once the sponsorship is confirmed, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the full amount of the sponsorship. This invoice must be paid one week prior to the first date selected for sponsorship, or the sponsorship promo will not be included in the episode intro.
We reserve the right to reject any sponsorship request.
